Villa Rase is a modern, beautiful and comfortable villa, which has comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout and is in a quiet and small resort in the Eastern part of the peninsula. With four bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to eight people which makes it a perfect villa for those larger groups of friends, or a large family/multiple families, to enjoy all of the space this villa has to offer. Villa Rase offers amazing outdoor space, which is idyllic as you can see the beautiful surrounding countryside and is very private. Upon entering the large, 4-bedroom villa, you will be blown away by the bright and comfortable furnishings and the beautiful open-plan kitchen and living area. The living and dining area provides a perfect place to socialise or relax. You can exit into the garden to the terrace from here to continue to enjoy the stunning outdoor space, while you watch the world go by or watch the sunset and admire the large swimming pool. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine, which is everything you will require for an evening in. An extremely inviting dining table sits in this space, and provides enough space for all of the guests, and then to unwind, you can all unwind the living area where there is a large and very comfortable sitting area with satellite TV. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with one French bed, a separate stunning double hand-basic bathroom and satellite TV. Upstairs, you will find three exquisite bedrooms, all with a French bed and a satellite TV. Two of the bedrooms have separate beautiful bathrooms and floor heating. From these bedrooms, you can exit onto a terrace equipped with furniture, deck chairs and has a beautiful view of the swimming pool and beyond.
And if this villa could not get any better, the outdoor space is a real winner and will provide endless days of fun no matter the age of the guests. There is a beautiful, well-kept garden with the swimming pool sitting in the middle of the space, and there is also an outdoor shower with plenty of garden furniture surrounding it. This garden is a perfect space for those wanting to relax and those wanting to use the pool, as there is plenty of space for, however, your guests prefer to relax. Villa Rase has everything you could possibly want, whether it be a quiet relaxing space, a romantic spot or large space for a family, Villa Rase has it.Villa Rase is situated in a small quiet resort with only 300 inhabitants in the Eastern part of the Peninsula, which is just a short distance from the sea, in a secluded position. This makes it a perfect location for those that would like a private holiday but with the necessary amenities in close proximity. With a location like this, you can fully immerse yourself into the true Croatian culture. This is easily accessible in the nearby resort, which contains plenty of restaurants, bars and shops where you can talk to a local and taste some of the local delicacies. There is also an indoor aquatic centre, a fitness centre and a sauna within driving distance of the villa if this is something that you fancy during your stay.
There is a stunning pebble beach within a short drive of the villa, which will provide a beautiful day out for you and your guests. It would be a nice difference to what you have back at your villa, and if you have children staying with you, then they will adore the beautiful sea and will relish the opportunity to explore the rocky beach. To get to the beach, there are plenty of walking routes and a cycle route which will inevitably provide entertainment for you all. You are able to view the glorious surroundings whilst walking in this Croatian town, and you never know, you may even find your own little route.
For any of your guests who are a little more active and like horse riding, there is a riding stable 7km from the villa! Even if you do not want to ride, you can go and see the horses and watch others ride in the stunning sunshine. Furthermore, for those active ones, watersports are available within 5km, there is a sports harbour 4km away.
