Step through a stone archway and through a stone courtyard to enter this mesmerising villa! A lounge area greets you in this entirely open plan ground floor! A gorgeous dining table sits between archways offering views of the exterior and beyond. A fully equipped kitchen sits next to this area offering guests the space to prepare food and even cook!
The exterior stands just beyond the dining area where lovely landscaping and architecture present a delightful place to truly escape. You will instantly be captivated by the views of the Caribbean Sea which stretch into the horizon, the emerald green grass of a famous golf-course and Catalina Island! Accompany your views with alfresco dining in the gorgeous outdoor dining area!
Sun-loungers offer a chance to recline in the dazzling sun on this handsome tiled patio. On the far side of this area, a box sofa area offers the perfect places to gather and have a sunset scened backdrop as you chatter and lounge in the evening!
A huge swimming pool offers relief from the year-long sunshine the island is blessed with! Swim laps or simply have a splash or a chilled dip in the pool with picturesque views!
