Taking inspiration from the fellow tropical island of Bali, on the other side of the globe, Novia brings the tropical style and influences of Asia and combines them with the native architecture of the Dominican Republic. Novia, which means girlfriend in Spanish, lives up to its name presenting guests with a gorgeous and beautiful design, adorned with modern and sleek furnishings providing tender and calming times as well as fun and active entertainment!
The villa features two interior areas, either side of the well-presented exterior to bring you a villa of two halves! On one side, the villa offers a massive area for social and dining activities and because this entire building has been designated for socialisation, you will be greeted by a huge living area. Complete with plump chairs and sofas, the entire gang can spend days and nights together, with the option of opening the patio doors for a natural breeze or watching the cable television provided!
Quirky designs and features sit elegantly throughout Novia and the dining room is a clear example of this. The table is large enough to support the eight-guest capacity offered in this villa. A massive kitchen room sits on this side, with stools and tables for quick meals or food prep. Guests who may need to cook food during their trip will be pleased to know the kitchen contains all that you can expect in the cooking area!
The other side of the villa provides bedroom accommodation. Four stunning bedrooms are provided for guests to take their pick from! The two master bedrooms offer king-size beds that you can sink into or relax on top of, as you watch the in-room television! Complete with huge and stylish en-suite bathrooms, these bedrooms are a step above the rest with their inclusion of outdoor showers and access to the private courtyard with a massage bed. The remaining two guest bedrooms are also housed here, and guests will be happy to know all rooms have air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and televisions!
The exterior, sitting between the two parts of the villa offers an abundance of space and things to do. A Gazebo offers guests opportunities to enjoy meals alfresco under the privacy and shade of the roof. Comfortable sofas and chairs complete this area so you can let your food digest or simply kick back and enjoy moments here! A salt-water heated pool provides relief and fun for kids and adults alike whilst a massive garden area, with a water fountain, curtained day bed and more seats give even more places to find your escape!Unmistakably beautiful, the Dominican Republic makes for an excellent escape from mundane or hectic lives.
