A five bedroom property found on the exclusive Casa de Campo resort, Villa Guloya enjoys easy access to golf courses and a host of other amenities. Consisting of five pavilions, this beautiful villa was designed by renowned architect Duccio Erminegildo and its tropical style is further enhanced by tall palm trees lined up beside a magnificent pool terrace.
Villa Guloya enjoys a fine location overlooking one of the resort’s three golf courses. It’s within easy reach of the marina area and the village of Altos de Chavon, as well as Casa de Campo’s private beach.
The outdoor areas offer barbecue facilities, a pizza oven and dining space, alongside sun loungers and an eye-catchingly shaped swimming pool. A spacious covered lounge area has a huge amount of seating and enjoys a wonderful view of the golf course.
All of the accommodation is found on one level, making this villa easy to get around. Inside, you have a lounge with cool white furnishings, a tiled floor and ceiling fan, as well as a wall-mounted television. An impressive chef-style kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances, and has lots of space for hanging out with a coffee or casual breakfast. A team of two housekeepers, a chef and waiter are also on hand at Villa Guloya.
The five bedrooms include two master suites with king-size beds and private bathrooms, and a further three bedrooms with queen-size beds. Up to ten guests can be accommodated at this villa, which also offers air-conditioning, in-room televisions and Wi-Fi amongst many other facilities.
The Casa de Campo resort offers a wide range of sports facilities, a gym, a spa and a variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues. Positioned on the resort’s private Minitas Beach, you will find a buzzing beach club with excellent dining and often live music or a DJ to accompany it. The beach itself is an idyllic spot to catch the sun, and the turquoise waters are popular with snorkellers and kayakers too.
A local highlight for visitors is Altos de Chavon, a charming village which may look centuries old, but actually dates back only as far as 1982. This makes the painstaking recreation all the more impressive; along with an archaeological museum and cultural centre, you will even find an incredible open-air amphitheatre. Big-name musicians often visit Casa de Campo, so don’t be surprised to find the likes of Elton, Sting or Bryan Adams playing there.
