Ballerinas cottage has a fantastic location in a private setting within the small village of Fyfield, in between Southrop and Eastleach, where a handy pub and restaurant can be found and makes the perfect base for families who would like to further explore the famous Cotswold region. A wider range of helpful amenities can be found in the near-by market town of Lechlade-on-Thames which is just a 5-minute car journey away.
The cottage has been recently renovated and boasts comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. The cottage can accommodate up to 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor, is the fully-equipped fitted kitchen as well as two reception rooms, one comes complete with dining facilities, while they both have smart TVs with SONOS sound systems. Also on this level is one of the double bedrooms, a single room and a family bathroom. Upstairs, is the master bedroom which boasts a dressing room area, a further two double bedrooms and a twin room as well as the second family bathroom.
Outside, the garden is mainly laid to lawn with cottage style borders securely enclosed by gates. There is a terrace area, with dining facilities and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining on a warm summers evening!
