Just 5 km from the sea, in the southern part of Tuscany, Manor Monte sits in the lee of the Monte Argentario promontory, between Porto Ercole and the ancient medieval tower of Talamone.
Outside formal gardens and expansive lawns create private elegant pockets perfect for a summer soiree. The large swimming pool is surrounded by resort-style sun loungers and parasols and there is plenty of uncovered parking space near the main entrance.
Manor Monte is nestled in the heart of Maremma, a beautifully wild region, surrounded by lush vineyards and just 5km from the sea. 
There are incredible national parks and reserves to explore including Orbetello Lagoon, Maremma, Uccellina and W.W.F. OASIS where you can catch glimpses of rare and exotic wildlife. 

Maremma has a wealth of archeological sites to check out including the Vulci Archaeological Park, and a host of fantastic museums including the City of Cosa, Tarquinia and Vetulonia museums.

Postcard-pretty Sovana is an hour away and makes a nice day trip. Also an hour’s drive is the hot spring town of Saturnia. Medieval Capalbio is now a ritzy holiday resort and only a half hour drive. Rome, Siena and Florence are all one and a half hours drive from the estate. 
Plenty of the surrounding wineries offer tours and tastings of their high quality vino.
