Built as part of a terrace, this modern townhouse, along with its neighbours, looks out on luscious woodland. Built over two levels, each room has been designed with bright windows, offering tranquil views and allowing the famous Florida sun to shine in, making each room feel even more spacious than it is. The ground floor is predominantly made up of the main entertaining space, with a fully-equipped kitchen, social dining area and comfy living area. With a bright green feature wall, the space feels uplifting, encouraging guests to enjoy lively evenings, with conversation flowing throughout the open-plan room.
The property’s four bedrooms are spread over both floors. The most private is located on the ground floor, with a queen-size bed and access to the ground floor shower room, perfect for any early risers in the group. The remaining three rooms are all upstairs, including a master suite and two rooms that offer a double bed and bunk beds that would be best suited for younger guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, although simple in its décor, there is a completely relaxed feel, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Doors from the main living space, lead out to the terrace so you can meander in and out, easily expanding the social feel of the townhouse out into the sunshine. With a shaded lanai, you have some privacy from your neighbours, making it a delight to sit by the pool, reading your book and taking a dip to cool off when the sun gets too hot.
