Lafayette Townhouse has a lovely, warm ambience. Situated on the family-friendly Bella Vida Resort, the villa is ideal for a family of eight or a group of friends. Bella Vida is a secure gated resort within easy reach of the attractions of ‘The Theme Park Capital of the World’. The resort boasts a community swimming pool, well-equipped fitness centre, cyber café, arcade, clubhouse, children’s playground, basketball and volleyball and walking trails, picnic areas and Italian gardens.
Lafayette Townhouse is extremely well-maintained with modern furnishings and fittings. The living, dining and kitchen area is open-plan and bright and comfortable. The kitchen features granite worktops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The living area has access to the lovely pool and deck, which has a wonderful outlook to the resort’s lake. There is a useful, separate laundry room plus one of the bedrooms with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room on the ground floor. If the family group includes grandparents, this may be ideal for them.
Upstairs, the fabulous master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious, pristine en-suite bathroom. The other king bedroom and the twin share the remaining shower room. All of the rooms in this villa are extremely well furnished, very smart and spacious.
Lafayette Townhouse is a very comfortable retreat when not in the theme parks. It is an excellent plan to stay on a secure gated resort, as there is so much going on at your doorstep. Theme park days are so exhilarating and so much fun, but it can also be tiring, so the odd day relaxing at the resort can be a good idea. Kissimmee is a great location as it has easy access to a number of amenities and activities, including the airport and the beach if you fancy a beach day.Kissimmee has superb local amenities. You can take a trip on an airboat on the Everglades, enjoy a Medieval Times dinner and tournament, take a helicopter ride over the theme parks, take a kayak tour through the Cypress Forest or zipline through a pine forest and climb and jump over an assault course. Premium Outlets, The Florida Mall and The Mall at Millenia boast amazing boutique shopping for brand names. It is also very easy to shop for food for the villa.
Orlando’s theme parks including Walt Disney World, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando, and Legoland Florida, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Blizzard Beach Water Park and Universal’s Volcano Bay are all very easy to drive to from the villa. They offer amazing family days which will always be remembered. You will surely come back with hundreds of photographs!
Legoland Florida is at Winter Haven, boasting adrenaline rush roller coasters such as The Dragon, The Great Lego Race and Coastersaurus as well as interactive adventures including the Lego Ninjago Ride, Lost Kingdom Adventure and Kid Power Towers. There is also a water park at Legoland with a boating school, Build a Boat, Build a Raft River, Duplo Splash Safari, a wave pool and more.
The Wheel at Icon Park on International Drive is a massive 400 feet tall and has 30 capsules which rotate in 22 minutes. They offer amazing views over some of the parks. Another spectacular memory will be the incredible firework displays at some of the parks.
