Villa Alban is a wonderful five-bedroom villa in the lovely Aviana Resort, Davenport, just 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World and even closer to some of the parks. It is so spacious with dedicated play areas with various table games and many televisions so suitable for a large family. The Aviana Resort is one of the newer resort communities, south-west of Orlando and with a fabulous lakeside setting. It offers a tranquil environment away from the buzzy theme parks, though at the same time it offers guests many attractions such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub, spa, gym, putting green, internet room, playgrounds and so on. If you decide to take a day off from the parks, there is still plenty to entertain you at Aviana. Villa Alban has very comfortable, traditional furnishings and space for ten guests. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is very spacious and leads to a great swimming pool, spa pool and terrace with outdoor dining space and sun loungers. Great fun will be had by all! The pool terrace has views to the conservation area, so this is very peaceful and relaxing. There is also a separate living area which is great if some guests would like a little space of their own. The beautiful veranda overlooks the clubhouse and gated entry, so the villa is in a very convenient location.  The bedrooms are so comfortable with luxury mattresses and are made up of two kings, one queen and two twins. One of the twins and the queen room are downstairs, sharing one of the bathrooms. There is a very cute Mickey Mouse bedroom ready for two lucky children! There are 3 ½ bathrooms so ample for guests. All of the bathrooms are very spacious, so there is plenty of space for guests getting ready to go and meet their favourite Disney characters or have a thrilling adventure on the rides. The master bedroom upstairs has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a cinema room in this villa, as well as a sports bar with a beer fridge and games room. The games room is so entertaining with table tennis, air hockey table and table football. It will be hard to get children to go to bed! Villa Alban is in a wonderful location within Aviana Resort. The lovely pool faces the conservation area, and the veranda overlooks the clubhouse, so it is easy to walk within the resort to take part in the resort’s entertainment. The Aviana Resort is in a great location just less than 14 miles to Walt Disney World. Most of the attractions take around 30 minutes or less to get there. There are also three wonderful golf courses around within 10 minutes of the villa.  Winter Haven, just south of this resort, is home to the amazing Legoland, the largest Legoland in the world. It is also home to beautiful lakes, a majestic tower and a world-class collection of vintage aircrafts. You can arrange hang gliding at Wallaby Ranch Hang Gliding and fly from 2000 feet with very experienced instructors in Davenport itself. This holiday is sure to leave you with magical memories, so to add to it you can take a family hot air balloon ride to view the parks and surrounding area from Champions Gate in Kissimmee.  Of course, the highlight of the trip will be visits to the theme parks. Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom Park, Epcot, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Blizzard Beach Water Park are so incredible.
