Located just outside Orlando and home to not one but two championship golf courses, this stylish holiday home will act as the perfect base camp for you and your family to make the most of all the fun and adventure that Florida has to offer.
The outdoor terrace has a calm and relaxed atmosphere, enclosed with a screen; this sunny space is your private oasis away from the rest of the communal areas. The terrace boasts an outdoor dining table, perfect for quiet breakfasts or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening, once any children have gone to bed!
The private swimming pool is perfect for a calming dip after busy, action-packed days exploring the nearby adventure parks, or why not put your feet up for a moment on one of the surrounding sun loungers.
The main indoor living space is open-plan, forming an L-shape with direct access out to the terrace. This sociable room includes a large dining table, a fully-equipped, family kitchen, and a living area with comfy sofas. With a relaxed atmosphere and the ambience of a home-away-from-home, this space is elementary to settle into, perfect for easing into holiday mode when you first arrive! 
Throughout the villa, there are five spacious bedrooms, all carefully designed to meet your every comfort, with plenty of storage for all your belongings! The master suite can be found on the ground floor, with an en-suite bathroom opening out to the terrace.
Upstairs, there is a second master suite, with an en-suite, a further en-suite double bedroom and two twin rooms that share a family bathroom, ideal for any children staying! Each room has a flat-screen television, perfect for those lazy holiday mornings, curling under the covers and enjoying some tv in bed.  Alongside the fantastic facilities that the Champion’s Gate community has to offer, Villa St Andrews also provides its own private games room with table tennis and foosball, perfect for entertaining kids and family championships throughout the holiday!
If you are looking for ease and relaxation, with everything you could need nearby and endless fun on your doorstep, look no further! Champion’s Gate has everything. Boasting splash pools, slides, inflatables, arcade games, beach volleyball and even a playroom just for the littlest ones in the group.
