Located on the fantastic Watersong Resort in the centre of the Sunshine State, Villa Aubrey offers luxurious accommodation for up to ten people just a stone’s throw from Disney World!
Upon entering, you are lead through a wide hallway to the main living area – a delightfully homely and spacious room, with a huge sofa for all the group to gather together in front of the 50″ flat screen TV for a little relaxation after a jam-packed day of adventure!
The kitchen sits beside this area, with a large breakfast bar surrounding it, perfect for casual mornings. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped to meet all your culinary requirements. A dining table either side of the kitchen area completes the full array of dining options!
The calm relaxation room with a couple of comfortable reclining chairs is the perfect place to pop your feet up with a good book or a glass of wine. And finally, there is a superb games room, complete with a pool table, air hockey and table football, for all the kids (and big kids!) to enjoy with a little healthy competition and fun.
The whole of this magnificent villa is distributed across the ground floor, making it ideal for those who may struggle with stairs, or with other mobility issues. All five enchanting rooms can be reached with ease.
There are three double rooms, two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed, one twin room with two single beds and a final room ideal for those travelling with young children, with a set of bunk beds consisting of one double and one single.
There is a television in each room, and all five rooms are elegantly styled, with stunning furniture and plenty of space to make this your private, relaxing haven.
Three huge bathrooms are serving the bedrooms, where traditional designs complement modern fittings, with a fabulous range of baths and showers throughout.
A large set of French doors separate the wondrous living areas from the magnificent garden beyond. Here there is a vast, south-facing pool ensuring you get maximum sunshine, all day long!
And alongside the pool is a large dining area for delightful alfresco meals, with views over the beautiful natural landscape beyond, as well as a couple of sun-loungers, ideal for soaking up the sunshine and warmth of a sunny Florida day. There is a whirlpool bath to one end of the pool for a little extra relaxing with hydro-massaging jets.
Watersong Resort is a 46-acre paradise located in the sunny suburbs of Kissimmee, Florida, just 20 minutes from Disney World and 40 minutes from Orlando city and the Orlando International Airport.
