The open-plan and expansive living areas offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy, while outside you can take it easy in the beautiful Florida sun! Step into the large living and dining area, where you can spend quality time with your fellow travellers and recline on sofas. A TV will help you catch an American sports game or enjoy blockbuster movies! Behind the sofas, delicious meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped, modern kitchen. Serve tasty dishes on the dining table next to the sofa, with seats for the maximum of eight guests that can stay in the villa. Four bedrooms, all with televisions, have been set across this single storey home. Choose from the master bedroom, where a king-size bed will allow you to sleep like a baby, and the convenience of an en-suite bathroom provides extra privacy. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and another en-suite bathroom while the final two bedrooms are home to two single beds. Guests in these bedrooms can share the use of the family bathroom! The shaded lanai covers the outdoor area, protecting you from any pesky mosquitos. Here, escape from the heat with the swimming pool in the middle of the space. If you prefer, sunbathe under the glorious rays that shine through. For the closest attractions, you can pick between Walt Disney World or Universal World Orlando®, twenty and forty-minutes away respectively. Here you can have fun on attractions and rides while meeting your favourite characters and icons from movies and shows!  The closest beach is well over an hour away but is well worth the journey. Cocoa Beach sees golden grains of sand meet the waves of the Atlantic Oceans, the perfect backdrop for you to sip cocktails as you unwind. A surfers paradise, grab your board and hit the waters as you try to master the ocean. The beach also offers fantastic opportunities to deep-sea fish or explore the phenomenal wildlife that Florida boasts as you tour on a kayak. Alongside the activities, you can hit the promenade or beachfront to dine on a variety of dishes offering casual joints that you can hit up in your swimwear, to more reserved and elegant settings, overlooking the marvellous sea. After you’ve eaten, you can visit local attractions around the area, including Kennedy Space Centre, home of Nasa. Get up-close with rockets and their history, and if you’re lucky enough, you might catch a ship launch! When you retire back to your gated Resort, tee off at the championship golf course with fellow travellers together, or in a tournament!
