Windsor at Westside is located just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and central to the other magical theme parks in the ‘Theme park Capital of the World’. The clubhouse amenities include a fun filled swimming pool with lazy river and children’s water playground, bar and lounge area, sand volleyball, tennis court, impressive fitness centre, games room and sundry shop – just perfect for some quieter time away from all the excitement of the parks! There is a lovely seating area around the pool with umbrellas and ample sun loungers to relax on.The tall trees and planting make it very tranquil.
The ground floor of the villa is very spacious and bright with a modern open plan living/dining area with comfortable furniture and direct access to the private pool and spa pool with outdoor furniture and spacious terrace. The pool area is very light with a grassed area behind it making it seem more private and light. Scrumptious meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and useful breakfast bar. It is a very sociable kitchen so those busy cooks will not miss out on the fun! Downstairs there is also a bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. The villa has wireless internet, central air conditioning and cable tv’s in the main living room and all bedrooms. Children will love the games room with table football .
There is a grand staircase to the second floor where there are a further 4 bedrooms including the master king bedroom, 2 twins ready for excited children, another queen room and 3 further luxury bathrooms. The whole house is very spacious and beautifully decorated.The Resort

The Villa
This luxury home is situated in the Windsor of Westside resort in Kimmissee Florida, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World itself but also central to the other famous parks such as Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, Epcot, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park and Blizzard Beach Water Park.
There is plentiful shopping with various outlet centres for those guests wanting time out from the parks if they can indeed pull themselves away! For those self catering the supermarkets are incredible and very tempting with those delicious supplies.
The resort is only a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport on very easy roads/highway 4.
Guests wanting beach access can be sunbathing on the Sunshine States fabulous Atlantic Coast within an hour and within 40 miles you can enjoy the amazing waters of the Gulf Coast.
