This bright and spacious villa is larger than several of the other properties nearby, with an expansive terrace, large open-plan living areas and spacious bedrooms where you can enjoy private moments alone or as a couple. Villa Cassius is modern and sophisticated throughout, with elegant furnishings and luxury features, all chosen to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The simple layout creates an easy flow for guests to meander around the house with ease, never straying too far from each other, yet allowing everyone to enjoy their own space. Spread over two floors, you can make yourself at home, enjoying the little luxuries that Villa Cassius has to offer.
On the ground floor there are two master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The remaining bedrooms are all on the upper floor, with three doubles and a twin room, with an en-suite and a separate bathroom between them. All the rooms have ample storage, so you can un-pack and settle in from the moment you arrive. Also, upstairs, guests will find a second relaxed living area, with comfy sofas and a television, perfect for cosy evenings in!
Downstairs, the main living area is open-plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, sociable dining area and a lounge, all benefitting from sunlight that floods in through the patio doors. The kitchen has modern appliances and space for several guests to cook together, with the hardest decision being whether to dine inside or out! This whole room is perfect for those moment when you want to be close to your friends and family, even when occupied with different things, with some guests catching up on TV, others playing cards around the table and others sneaking snacks from the fridge!
Outside, the terrace allows you to feel the warmth of the Florida sunshine on your skin within the privacy of your private villa. You can lay back on a sun lounger, topping up your sun tan, or sipping a glass of chilled wine after a busy day exploring the parks. The barbecue is always popular in the evenings, grilling up some family favourites and eating together whilst sharing conversation and laughter throughout the evening.
