Located at the heart of the Sunshine State, an hour from the famous beaches of the Gulf Coast and only 10 minutes from Disney World itself, Villa Charlotte offers luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests in an unbeatable location on the sublime Windsor at Westside resort!
The main living areas are bright and beautiful, and quite something to behold! Two lovely red leather sofas sit centrally, in front of the large TV and besides the excellent dining area. To one side there is a large kitchen, fully equipped and complete with a stylish breakfast bar – ideal for lazy mornings or keeping the chef company as they rustle up a treat in the delightful kitchen.
At one end, alongside the sofas, there is a wall of patio doors which lead directly into the garden, both allowing the room to be filled with a warm, natural light and providing you with immediate access to the sunshine and wonders of the pool-side lounging area.
Upstairs there is a second lounge space, to make sure there’s no difficult decision to be made on entertainment options! There is even a games room, equipped with a pool table, table football and air-hockey, where the kids will love to hang out, and you can spend plenty of quality time as a group.
On this ground floor, there is the first of six bedrooms, which enjoys a luxurious king-size bed and ensuite facilities. Upstairs there are a further three double rooms, one with a king-size bed and the other two with queen-size beds, and two twin rooms with two single beds each.
All six rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and feature a large flat-screen TV, making it the ideal place to relax after a long day of adventure! The two twin rooms bring the magic of animation alive, with vibrant décor from the kids’ favourite shows and characters. There are five bathrooms in total, each as elegant and spacious as the rest of this beautiful villa.  
In the delightful garden outside you will find a fabulous, south-facing private pool, ensuring you can soak up every last drop of the day’s sunshine! A whirlpool bath to one side provides the option for a little hydro-massage as you enjoy the sunset and the sound of birds in the distance. There is a large dining table overlooking the pool for alfresco meals in the sunshine, adding a real sense of glamour to your holiday.
Offering tranquillity and privacy, Windsor at Westside is a secure, gated community located in the sunny suburbs of Kissimmee, Florida, just 10 minutes from Disney World and only around half an hour from Orlando and the Orlando International Airport.
