Villa Davina is a comfortable, eight-bedroom holiday villa, located in the upscale gated resort of Windsor at Westside in Kissimmee. Combining traditional and modern furnishings in its bright and open living spaces, this charming villa blends homeliness with elegance, creating a truly welcoming space that you can turn up and settle into.
As you meander through the villa, there are two fabulous living areas; one on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The ground floor living, dining and kitchen area is open-plan, with three bright glass doors opening out onto the sunny terrace. This expansive space is flooded with light, offering room for large groups to spread out and relax, maintaining a flow of chatter and conversation throughout the room! The kitchen is fully-equipped and offers a relaxed breakfast bar seating four, while the adjacent dining table seats twelve at one time. At the back of the room, two comfortable sofas are arranged around a television; a quiet corner where you can catch up on the news or sport, or simply put your feet up and read your book, taking a moment of respite from the afternoon sun.
The villa’s garage has been cleverly converted into a games room, with a pool table and table football to keep any little ones entertained. There is also a handy laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, often well needed after outdoor adventures at the nearby theme parks. Upstairs, the villa’s second living area is cosier and more atmospheric, with a huge smart TV, reclining seats, games table and a wet bar with its own beer fridge – so movie nights area must do!
Two double bedrooms can be found downstairs. The first of which is a master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while the other is fitted with a queen-size bed and shares a family bathroom. The remaining six bedrooms are all upstairs, including two with king-size beds and en-suite, two with twin beds, one with a queen and one with bunk beds. There are two family bathrooms upstairs to share.
The outside space at Villa Davina is lovely, with pretty views out over the conservation. The pool is bordered by sun loungers, and there is loads of outdoor seating available, including a dining table and chairs, perfect for lunch out in the sun!
