Villa Dinah is a traditional four-bedroom villa in the Reunion Resort, Florida. The villa is a simple version of American colonial architecture, making it feel rooted in its location in this luxurious resort. The villa has a private pool and billiards room, alongside the access to most of the resort’s incredible facilities.
The villa’s various living spaces revolve around a central, circular atrium with its high ceilings and its traditional centrepiece placing setting a sophisticated scene for the rest of the villa. It offers guests options to enter several of the downstairs rooms or take the stairs up to the first floor. The kitchen is spacious and versatile, with lots of cupboards and worktops it is perfect for cooking big banquets and whipping up quick snacks to take out to the pool! The small breakfast bar and round table in the kitchen offer a great space to enjoy a bite to eat and make the room feel more social and relaxed. The dining room feels very easy and functional, offering space for guests to enjoy meals together, gathered around the eight-seat dining table, chatting the evening away without the distractions of day to day life. The homely living room offers a cosier retreat, with two traditional sofas and a cosy armchair, it’s the perfect place to rest your feet and enjoy a movie after a wonderful meal together.
The villa has four bedrooms spread across the first and ground floors. Each bedroom has an en-suite for additional privacy with the master bedroom offering beautiful views of the resort’s golf course. The bedrooms are rich in their décor, and all have double beds with ample space for guests to enjoy their own space. From the first floor, you can enjoy the balconies facing both the front and back of the house, enjoying the beautiful vistas of the golf course or of the pool and terrace area below. The front balcony is truly an idyllic spot to enjoy a cool glass of wine or iced tea in hot Florida sun. Also, upstairs is the billiards room, offering some light entertainment for the whole group to enjoy.
Outside, the terrace area is fenced for additional privacy and offers a shady lanai area to relax on one of the large outdoor sofas. The terrace houses the outdoor dining table and sun loungers, neatly framing the sparkling private swimming pool.
