Standing-out like the sun itself among the blue skies of the Sunshine State, just 15 minutes away from Disney World, Villa Dune is a modern delight on the magnificent Solterra Resort, accommodating up to twelve lucky guests.
Inside, the main living areas are built in fantastic open plan design, ensuring conversation and laughter can flow freely through the open spaces, filling the villa with joy. Two large sofas surround the 60″ flat screen TV, and besides this is the indoor dining space.
Alongside these areas are two large set of French doors, which not only connect you immediately to the beautiful garden but also allow the room to fill with warm, natural light from the world beyond!
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the latest mod cons, making it a dream to use. There is even a games room complete with a pool table, table tennis and air-hockey – so you needn’t leave the villa to find hours of entertainment!
On this ground floor, there are two double rooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a king-size bed. A further four bedrooms can be found upstairs, two with king-size beds, one with two queen-size beds and one room which has four single beds, in a bunk-bed style, each with their TV!
All six rooms are spacious and tastefully colourful, and all enjoy at least one TV, so there’ll be no compromising over what to watch! There are five accompanying bathrooms, two of which are ensuite facilities for each of the master bedroom and one other double room.
All five bathrooms are as elegant and stylish as the rooms. There is a second lounge upstairs beside the bedroom, complete with a 50″ TV and table football set.  Finally, step out into your private garden, overlooking the magical green surrounds and the delightfully Floridian wetlands.
There is a casual seating area for a relaxed hour or two of tranquillity, perhaps reading a book or having a good chat over a glass of wine, and alongside this is the alfresco dining area – so you can dine in style on your private veranda!
The centrepiece is, of course, the fantastic private pool, large enough for all the group to enjoy together. At one end there is a whirlpool bath, where you can relax as the rhythmic hydro-massaging jets work their magic on your tired muscles, listening to the birdsong and rustling leaves across the resort.
Around the pool is a row of sun-loungers, attracting the sun like a magnet and ensuring you can soak up plenty of vitamin D during in your stay here. And you can be sure to enjoy every last drop of sunshine each day, as the pool faces south-west!
