Sleeping twelve guests, with six spacious bedrooms and large open-plan living areas, Villa Emily has space for everyone to spread out. There is a communal family room as well as a separate living area, so adults and kids can enjoy their own spaces, or if you desire a quiet moment to yourself, then there is plenty of room for you to find it. The furnishings throughout are homely and traditional, creating a welcoming atmosphere, so you can unpack your things and truly settle in. The villa is well suited to families or groups of friends that are looking for a peaceful base after busy days exploring Florida.
On the ground floor as you walk in there is a living and dining room, the sofas are extremely comfortable, perfect for curling up and reading your book. Stepping through to the family room, the open-plan layout facilitates all twelve guests gathering in one space, enjoying long evenings catching up over a bottle of wine, or afternoons playing games as a family. Furthermore, there is a popular games room in the garage, with a pool table and air hockey, so the family championships can begin as soon as you arrive; so, make sure you keep score!
Within the villa, there are two master bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the top floor. The remaining two double and two twin rooms are all on the upper floor, sharing two family bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms adopts the same homely atmosphere as the rest of the villa, fit for a great night’s sleep!
Once outside, this charming villa offers access to Florida’s famous sunshine, all from the comfort of your own terrace. The villa offers a private swimming pool, that can be heated during the cooler months, as well as space to dine al-fresco with your loved ones.
