Spread over two floors, the property is spacious and bright, offering plenty of space for a large group. On the ground floor there is a sociable, open-plan family room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining space and relaxed sofas. This large space with bright patio doors opening to the terrace is designed for the whole group to come together, spending quality time and enjoying each other’s company away from everyone’s busy day-to-day lives. Patio doors open from the dining space out to the sunny terrace, so you can meander in and out with ease. At the front of the house, you will find the well-equipped games room, with a pool table, foosball table, air-hockey and basket-ball net!
The two master suites can be found on the ground floor, boasting their own en-suite bathrooms. Stepping up to the first floor, you will find the remaining six rooms as well as a fabulous cinema room! There are three modern double rooms, as well as three twins that each boast their own kids’ theme, with a Harry Potter, Star Wars and Princess room – why not let the kids take their pick!
Outside on the terrace, the private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or helping you to relax after active days at the parks. With plenty of sun loungers and space to dine-alfresco, you can make the most of the warm climate, soaking in every last ray of sunshine!
