Villa Erin is a fabulous and spacious property, located in the famous Solterra Resort! Sleeping twenty guests, this large villa is perfect for large groups that want to explore all that Florida has to offer.
Guests benefit from access to all the excellent facilities in the resort, like a clubhouse, swimming pool and the fitness area. The ground floor of the property boasts a fabulous open-plan living area, perfect for large groups that visit the villa. The kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped, ideal for whipping up some family classics to enjoy as a group!
There are a cosy lounge space and a friendly dining area, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones — patio doors open to the terrace, extending the living room outdoors and creating one large entertaining space. On the ground floor, there are two, good-sized, double bedrooms, both boasting en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk bed room perfect for any kids in the group!
The top level makes room for a further seven bedrooms, with a second bunk room for any additional children! Three of the places offer en-suites, while the rest share modern bathrooms. The villa has a homely feel throughout, making it easy to enjoy a stress-free holiday.
The private swimming pool is the right size for the group, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or helping you to relax after active days at the parks.
Surrounded by sun loungers, you can soak in the sunshine, while putting your feet up and finishing off the last pages of your favourite book!
