Step into the cosy living room, where you can sink into the pair of grey sofas and enjoy some downtime. Modern metal grate and glass coffee tables add an industrial edge to the space. A geometric blue and grey triangle print rug ripples across the white tiled floor, while the space has potted plants for a splash of fresh greenery. The floor to ceiling windows ensure the living space is bathed in natural light. One of the most exciting features of this property is the games room in the loft, where guests can challenge each other on a retro yellow Pacman arcade game and play table football. In this den area, there is a television and another sofa – perfect for watching a Disney movie together to get into the Florida spirit.
Moving through into the dining room, a round white table is surrounded by striking teal chairs and beautiful blue and gold foil art. Guests can also eat alfresco on the table under the shaded lanai, overlooking the private pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-caterers, with an oven, American fridge with ice maker, and filter coffee. A milk and honey marble breakfast bar contrasts against the dark wood cupboards, and grey rounded bar stools provide the perfect spot to refuel.
One bedroom is decorated in a monochrome style, while others have feature walls in vibrant colours, including royal blue and teal. The beds are dressed in crisp white linen with contrasting blankets, while circular bedside tables and framed leaf art add a finishing touch.
