Sleek, modern and stylish, Villa Katlyn offers two floors of contemporary living spaces, with ample room for a large family or group of friends. Located in the popular Solterra resort, guests benefit from the tranquillity of a private villa, alongside access to all the excellent facilities in the resort, like a clubhouse, swimming pool and a fitness area.
The villa is spread over two levels and has two main living areas – one on each floor, both of which have sofas and a TV, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The separate living spaces offers kids and adults the chance to enjoy their own spaces, so kids can watch a movie in one room whilst adults continue to socialise in another. Adjacent to the elegant downstairs lounge is a sociable dining area with a door to the pool terrace. There is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, open-plan in the room, perfect for encouraging everyone to help with the cooking, maybe evening getting any kids involved!
Throughout Villa Katlyn, there are five large bedrooms and four modern bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a master suite, with two double bedrooms and two twin rooms on the upper floor. With three en-suites and a separate family bathroom, the villa is designed for your comfort.
The garage downstairs has been converted into a majestic games room with four cinema style chairs, a television and a games arcade, popular with kids and adults alike!
Stepping out onto the terrace, the west facing pool enjoys plenty of daytime sunshine, perfect for relaxing days when you need a rest from the exploring the parks. A shaded lanai around the patio offers some relief from the hot Florida sun, so you can sit back in a lounger, or sip a cocktail around the pool throughout the day and evening. Villa Katlyn is the perfect base for ten guests to rest in comfort, a private oasis for you and your loved ones.
