This two-storey villa is located in the gated Resort of Windsor at Westside, with use of the Resort’s fabulous communal facilities including an extraordinary 10,000 square foot clubhouse, lake and pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a water slide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. With a bar and restaurant as well as a fitness centre, volleyball courts, sundry shop and video arcade, you never need to leave, and if it wasn’t for the spectacular theme parks, world-class golf courses and beautiful golf coast, we’re pretty sure you wouldn’t!
The villa itself is bright and homely, with a spacious open-plan living space on the ground floor where we imagine you will spend most of your time. Perfect for large groups, this bright and airy space includes a kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and lounge, so you can spread out and relax, each finding your own corner to settle into. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with kids climbing up on the barstools to nibble at your efforts, or rushing out to the play in the pool, while you keep a quiet eye from your kitchen station. There is a laundry room on the same floor, so you can chuck everything in when you get back from the theme parks!
There is one king-size bedroom on the ground floor, with a further four king-size rooms upstairs. The final two bedrooms offer a set of bunk beds and a double bed in each, sleeping four, perfect for siblings that like to share, with the older kids taking the double bed, while little ones make a den on each bunk! There is also a second living area upstairs with additional sofas and a television, perfect for kids to curl up and watch a movie, drifting off after the excitement of each day.
Stepping outside, Villa Maren is fortunate to have no rear neighbours, so you can enjoy a little extra privacy as you fire up the barbecue, sit back on a lounger to read your book or hop into the pool to cool off, truly embracing the holiday lifestyle!Windsor at Westside
