Villa Maxwell is a traditional home within the gated Watersong Resort. With plenty of space and natural light, it’s an ideal home to explore Florida from. Its five bedrooms can sleep up to ten guests, whilst its private pool and games room offer some great fun for the whole group to enjoy.
The villa is single storey and therefore very well suited for those a little uncomfortable with stairs. As you enter the villa, you are welcomed into the first living area, with lots of seating and soft furnishings it is a great room to enjoy relaxing in. You can really put your feet up and turn on the television to enjoy a movie, or just dig into your favourite novel. The bright room also features a dining table, the large wooden table is great for group meals, or even playing a board game. Its tasteful décor makes it a lovely space to enjoy one another’s company and conversation in. Moving through the villa, you will find the kitchen, fully-equipped to cater for most meals, the spacious kitchen is great for both large and small parties. With so much space for cooking, there is no excuse for a few helping hands not to help out with mealtime! The second open-plan living and dining area are overlooked by the kitchen. The smaller dining table is great for grabbing a quick snack or enjoying some more casual dining. The second living room is just a spacious as the first with plenty of seating to enjoy watching the television. Having this extra space is great for those who enjoy a little privacy as they can find peace and quiet between the two spaces. The villa also boasts its own games room, including an air hockey table as well as a pool table, it’s a fantastic place for the whole group to have a little fun. A television alongside the sofas means you can also enjoy the sport or a movie whilst you play.
With five bedrooms, the villa can sleep ten guests in comfort, with three of the bedrooms offering private en-suites for added comfort. Outside, the private pool and shaded lanai are the perfect ways to enjoy a lazy day in Villa Maxwell.Watersong Resort
