Five-bedroomed Villa Nile is your perfect travel base or relaxing holiday stay in Davenport, Florida. A large 46-acres of lush grounds surround it – think peacefulness, quiet and seclusion – yet it’s only a short drive to Orlando’s must-see sights.
It’s part of a resort, so you have access to all the excellent facilities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa AND fitness centre. Enjoy the warm sun lazing around your pool or head to soft sandy beaches at the Gulf Coast (a 65km drive away).
The villa can comfortably sleep up to ten across its two spacious floors – perfect for large families or groups of friends. Take your pick from two en-suite king-size bedrooms, an en-suite queen bedroom and two twin rooms. There’s also a comfy sleeper sofa for an extra guest.
All the rooms are warm and welcoming and come with plush bedding and plenty of storage space. There’s also an open-plan kitchen, living and dining room, with everything you could need for relaxing, cooking and dining. Think charming dining table, oven, microwave, large television and more.
Outside, you’ll find the screened swimming pool and furniture-dotted outdoor patio. When you’re not sunbathing here or cooling off in the water, challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, darts or air hockey in the games room.
With sand volleyball, a children’s playground and picnic area in the resort centre too, there’s plenty to keep you, and the family entertained. If you’d like to go exploring, Walt Disney World is a short 20-minute drive away. You’ll also find Universal Orlando and the Magic Kingdom within reach too.
For something different, Davenport is home to Lake Kissimmee State Park with beautiful nature trails and boating activities. Play around on one of Davenport’s two massive golf courses or head to a grill restaurant for a local feast.Watersong
