A contemporary villa with plenty of space and a blend of design styles, Villa Rochelle is stunning both inside and out. The exteriors are designed in a mixture of tonal grey brickwork and cream upper, with a garden filled with plants and flowers that spans the side of the villa. The sparkling jade green pool is the perfect spot for a refreshing dip, complete with Roman steps to perch on and featuring a spa area on the opposite side. Soak in the bubbles to your heart’s content and admire the palm trees in the garden.
The 80s-style games room features air hockey, a pool table and a flat-screen television, ideal for downtime. Designed to emulate an edgy retro pub, the blue neon-lit art on dark black brick walls is a great place to enjoy playing games together.
The living room is beautifully designed in cream with splashes of blue, such as the cosy velvet armchair and pottery. The corner sofa is adorned with fluffy cushions and floor to ceiling windows ensures the space is soaked in natural light. The space evokes a cosy, homely atmosphere, with oversized houseplants and a textured rug.
In the kitchen, where stylish industrial pendant lighting hangs from the ceiling, guests will find an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and ample space for preparing dishes. There is a gorgeous milk and honey coloured marble breakfast bar, gleaming silver appliances and an American fridge. The glamorous dining area features a chic white table offset with royal blue throne-like chairs. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a poolside dinner shaded by the lanai.
Bedrooms are decorated in neutral tones – shimmering greys, bronze and beige – or colourful and themed.
