This recently built property is located in the prestigious gated Resort of Providence, a golfing community set within conservation. With access to the Resort’s fantastic amenities, as well as its own private space, the villa is ideal for families looking to enjoy some of the ease and relaxation of a resort setting.
Boasting four bedrooms, the villa itself can easily accommodate eight guests, providing room for you to spend time together as a group. Designed all on one level, there is no need to climb up and down stairs, and you can maintain a more social feel. The main living space is open-plan, consisting of a living and dining area and spacious kitchen. Fully-equipped, the kitchen and its modern breakfast bar are just waiting for you to do a big shop, preparing delicious family feasts and snacks to carry out to the sunny terrace. Little ones can climb up to sit at the breakfast bar, intently watching as you create their favourite dishes! The dining table can seat six guests together, giving you space to plan out the next days of adventure, before moving over to the sofas, turning on the television and switching off for the rest of the evening. Naturally lit by double doors leading out to the terrace, the entire living space is bright and airy, with sunlight reflecting off all the modern furnishings.
Moving through the rest of the villa, there are four bedrooms; two with en-suites and king-size beds and two with twin beds that share a family bathroom. The twin rooms would suit kids perfectly, while adults can enjoy a little bit of space in the larger rooms! Simple and modern, each of the rooms provides a tranquil space for you to relax after busy days.
Outside, Villa Rosalie offers a modest terrace. The private pool is perfect for a quick dip or splashing about, but if you feel like a longer swim head to the Resort’s communal pool!
