Villa Rosie is a spacious villa with five bedrooms sleeping ten guests in the lovely Solterra Resort. With its own private pool and full access to the Resort’s great facilities, you will settle straight into this home from home during your stay in Florida.
The villas open-plan ground floor is great for entertaining, allowing the whole group to make the most of spending quality time together. The spacious kitchen offers all the equipment needed for rustling up quick snacks or a big dinner, with the breakfast bar ensuring you can still enjoy company and conversation while cooking. One side of the kitchen looks out onto the dining room, making it easy to serve up! The dining room has a large traditional table, ideally suited for group meals all through the day. Away from the living space, it offers a place free from distractions where you can enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The living room is furnished with two sofas and a television, with the large patio doors bringing lots of natural light into the room. The comfortable sofas invite you to rest your weary feet after a long day of exploring and enjoy an old favourite on the television. The property even boasts a second living area, complete with table football. With a huge sofa and another television, it can act as a snug to enjoy evening movies, or as a quiet spot to enjoy a good book.
The villa has five bedrooms for its ten guests, each with its own en-suite, ensuring that there is a little extra privacy for all the guests. With one twin bedroom, one queen-sized bedroom and the remaining all king-sized bedrooms, so there is something for everybody in Villa Rosie. Outside, the private pool has lots of room for guests to dive in and refresh from the hot sun. The surrounding terrace hosts some sun loungers where you can then dry off while appreciating the famous Florida sunshine. You can even enjoy lunch by the pool, the outdoor dining table and chairs are ideal for some alfresco dining, allowing you to make the most of the beautiful outdoors.
