Villa Tanya is a very spacious, well-appointed four-bedroom villa situated in the wonderful Champions Gate resort offering very comfortable accommodation for eight guests. The villa is just 12 miles from the magical world of Disney and the other famous Orlando attractions.  The amazing Champions Gate resort is a great base for a family or friends holiday as it offers a great range of entertainment for days when guests do not want to visit the theme parks.  It is located in Kissimmee, Florida, the sunshine state and the ‘Theme Park Capital of the World’. The resort has endless entertainment. The Oasis Centre offers tropical swimming pools, a meandering lazy river, a splash playground, games room, restaurant, an impressive gym, a theatre, children’s outdoor play areas and world-class golf courses! This villa has a wonderful south-facing pool and terrace with a spa pool. Perfect for children that are still not tired after their day’s entertainment. Inside, the villa is open-plan with an excellent kitchen for any self-catering you may wish to do. The bedrooms are extremely spacious. One has a king-size bed and an appealing en-suite, the next is a queen, also with an en-suite, and the third is a twin bedroom. The last is a very child-friendly bunk room with one full bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Peter Pan and Wendy feature on the walls so excited children can go to sleep dreaming of their favourite characters and wake up with them in the room! There is also a very vibrant games room with an ice hockey table, TV and games. Such fun! Children will be so busy that their parents can relax and enjoy a few drinks and dinner.Champions Gate

Champions Gate resort is a fabulous base for a theme-park holiday. Walt Disney World, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, Epcot, Sea World Orlando, Universal Orlando, Discovery Cove, Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Blizzard Beach Water Park are all so close – just a quick drive in the car. The theme parks have huge car parks, and everything is so well organised. Champions Gate is a wonderful retreat when wanting some quiet time with your family or friends. The famous, Greg Norman-designed, Champions Gate Golf Club is onsite. The International Course is designed around scenic natural wetlands, and the National Course features rolling plains, spring-fed lakes, bunker protected fairways and greens and small challenging putting surfaces. This is at an additional cost but perfect for golf-loving guests. For an alternative day out, guests can be sunbathing on the Sunshine State’s fabulous Atlantic or Gulf coasts within an hour or so. Some visitors choose to combine beach holidays with the exhilarating fun of the adventure parks of Orlando. Orlando is also famous for its outstanding shopping outlet malls including Orlando International Premium Outlets, Orlando Outlet Marketplace and Orlando Vineyard Premium Outlets. Nike, Ralph Lauren, Coach, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor, Guess and Kenneth Cole are all present amongst other retailers.
