This spacious, two-storey villa is located in the popular Windsor at Westside Resort. Guests have complimentary use of the resort’s fantastic amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge!
From the moment you arrive, this beautiful villa makes you feel at home, with extra luxuries that feel like a special treat! Spread over two floors, there are five spacious bedrooms, all boasting luxury private bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, including a fabulous master suite. Stepping up to the first floor there is another master suite alongside two twin rooms perfect for kids.
Downstairs, the garage has been transformed into a cosy games room with a pool table and table football, perfect for family championships! With the games room and the loft TV room on the top floor, the villa offers the perfect fortresses for kids that want time away from their parents!
Downstairs there is a sociable, open-plan living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. The large L-shaped sofa in the lounge, gently encloses the space, creating a warm, cosy atmosphere. This large room is designed for the whole group to come together, spending quality time chatting, laughing and sharing stories, away from everyone’s busy day-to-day lives. Everyone can gather in the same room even when occupied with different things, for example several guests can cook together in the kitchen, whilst others share a bottle of wine around the table and the rest curl up on the sofa, reading books and playing games. Patio doors open along the back wall out to the sunny terrace, so you can meander in and out with ease.
As well as having access to the resorts many outdoor facilities, Villa Theo benefits from its own private terrace with a glistening private swimming pool. There is a shaded lanai with plenty of outdoor seating for the whole group. The villa offers something for every guest, with its beautiful interiors and bright, sunny terrace making it the perfect location for exploring this fabulous area!
