A charming apricot-hued house with a spacious lawn along the side, Villa Zachary has stylish interiors and a delightful poolside area. Outside, a square-shaped, glittering swimming pool has plenty of space for the whole family to swim – in the corner, there is a whirlpool-like spa area. Float peacefully in the tropical sunshine, and when you’ve finished, curl up with a good book on the sunbeds. A frame of beams curve dramatically above the pool, and there’s plenty of natural stone decking space.
Enter into the gorgeous living space, decorated in a neutral colour palette with pops of vibrant azure and gold. Carefully curated ornaments like a gilded seashell add character. The cosy pale grey sofa is dotted with champagne coloured cushions and patterned blue and white drapes hang by the floor to ceiling windows. A statement furry white rug rests on the cream floor tiles. A pair of bright blue fuzzy armchairs are placed by the windows, while themed boat art provides an interesting focal point.
Nearby, you’ll find a kitchen that is fully equipped for whipping up family feasts. There is a unique reverse kitchen island with stylish marble worktops that is shaped around a space in the middle. Along one side, there is a breakfast bar with leather chairs, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. Dine around the wooden indoor table or out on the terrace under the shaded lanai.
There is a games and chill-out room at this villa, where guests can use a superb pool table and watch films on the flat-screen television. The walls are decorated with framed art and retro illustrations.
There are five glorious bedrooms in this property, including two special master suites, each with its own individual character and colour scheme. Three bedrooms have king-size beds, while one has twin beds and one has bunk beds. The first master suite has a soft green feature wall with crisp linen and large windows that allow plenty of natural light in.
The other master suite has a fabulous woven bamboo bed frame, with a series of patterned cushions. Khaki and white walls are adorned with an abstract art piece. One room has fresh lemon yellow feature walls and a modern silver bed frame, while the fourth room has a grid-design grey bed frame and white furniture. The children’s bunk room has a double bed on the bottom and a single on top, with a loose Minions theme, pale blue walls and cheerful striped bedspreads.
