Contemporary and stylish, Villa Lotte offers guests a welcoming holiday home near the historic town of Valbonne and within each reach of the Côte d’Azur.
The ground floor living and dining space is fresh and sophisticated with minimalist yet stylish furniture exuding a subtle charm typical of the region. There are beautiful arched doors opening onto the garden whilst the semi-open kitchen is a pleasure to use, with a large central island and all the latest mod cons to make cooking a breeze.
Two of the five pretty bedrooms open directly onto the relaxing garden, while the other two have access to a first-floor balcony. The fifth bedroom can be found in a separate garden annexe, offering privacy to those guests who may like this. Each of the bedrooms is individual in style with splashes of colour and character. There are also four stylish bath or shower rooms including one with a beautiful freestanding bath and vast walk-in shower. 
In the enchanting garden the centrepiece is undoubtedly the large private pool area, with several sun loungers and chairs, complete with a patio deck with a shaded al-fresco dining area. From the pool you are able to catch a glimpse of the spectacular mountains and seek shade by the lawn under the vast trees.
In a residential area, you’re just a few steps from a supermarket and restaurant for lunch plus there are hiking and cycling trails within a couple of minutes. It’s also only a five-minute drive to the heart of historical Valbonne with its ochre stone houses covered in bougainvillea, characterful restaurants and pretty shops as well as an atmospheric market on a Friday morning.
Other idyllic villages surround you such as Opio, Biot and Mougins, not forgetting wonderful Grasse within a twenty-minute drive. The region offers fantastic opportunities for golf, hiking and cycling as well as a wealth of family-friendly activities. The dazzling coastline of the French Riviera, with its luscious sandy beaches, dramatic rugged cliffs and glamourous coastal towns such as Cannes and Antibes, is just twenty minutes away.
The exquisite fusion of Provençal villages, a vibrant coastline sprinkled with glamorous resorts and a totally unique interior landscape make this the ideal holiday spot. The region offers fantastic opportunities for horse-riding, hiking and cycling as well as a wealth of family-friendly activities, from go-karting and paintballing at Plateau de la Saree (12km) near Grasse to water-sports and waterparks in Antibes (16km) When in Antibes, don’t miss the old town as well as some of the chic bars in Juan-les-Pins just to the south. 
Those who enjoy a day of golf are utterly spoilt for choice in this region, with the Royal Mougins (15km) only 25 minutes away or even nearer the Golf Opio Valbonne (4km) and Golf de Biot (8km) both within a few minutes by car.
Head even further inland to the rugged interior and enjoy spectacular views of the whole riviera from Gourdon (18km). Swim from the rocks in Gorges du Loup (18km) or head to wonderful Caussols (28km) you will find an observatory in this spectacular location.
The stylish and chic city of Cannes is around 16km away, oozing splendour from La Croisette, the glamour-drenched promenade, many beaches and yet more vibrant nightclubs, of course famous for its international film festival which runs each year in May.
Mandelieu La Napoule (20km), just a little south-west of Cannes, is an alternative, beautiful cultural hub with a rugged and rocky coastline that drops dramatically into the sea. A little further south at Théoule-sur-Mer, enjoy the beautiful beach with its wonderful red cliffs.
Not forgetting beautiful Nice (30km), especially the maze of narrow streets in the old town. A little further in Villefranche-sur-Mer (38km) you can walk up to the stunning Saint Jean Cap Ferrat peninsula, an unmissable day out.
