With its fantastic features and superb location, Villazur is all about spending quality time with loved ones whilst being close to gorgeous Cannes beaches and the beautiful villages and towns of the French Riviera.
This new and contemporary air-conditioned villa offers modern accommodation across two floors with a sociable open-plan living-dining space and wide doors opening up to the al-fresco terrace and swimming pool. The four comfortable bedrooms include a double upstairs with its own shower room, a twin and triple sharing a whirlpool bathroom and another en suite double downstairs.
Outside, the 8m long swimming pool has a little shallow ‘plage’ to splash around in whilst the most active of guests can play badminton, table-tennis and darts on warm summer days. Enjoy an aperitif as you watch a relaxing game of pétanque, followed perhaps by a game of billiards on the convertible dining table. For the less adventurous, simply open a bottle of chilled rosé on your poolside dining table or find a pretty spot to soak up the sun in the south and south-west facing garden with its young Mediterranean trees and plants.
Villazur is a stone’s throw from the historic market town of Valbonne as well as being just a short walk or bicycle ride from the local boulangerie and supermarket. Stock up on delicious Provençal produce at the Friday morning market in Valbonne, known to be one of the best in the area, or simply head there for a leisurely lunch in one of the pretty terrace cafes of Place des Arcades.
Grasse, Opio and Mougins are three more delightful places to visit within a short drive, perhaps to visit a perfume studio, purchase olive oil or dine out in a gastronomic restaurant. Keen walkers will also love the many trails across this region, including a wonderful path following the Brague river through the Valmasque woodland between Valbonne and Biot, whilst golf-lovers have a great choice of courses to choose from.
Cannes and Antibes are also ideal for days out by the sea, experiencing the glitz and glamour of the Côte d’Azur whilst marvelling at its beguiling beauty. Sandy shores, watersports and boat trips all await as do spectacular coastal paths and rocky coves. From the beach at Cannes’ La Croisette to the idyllic bays of Cap d’Antibes, there is so much splendour in this part of the French Riviera. Just 13km north of Cannes and a 5-minute drive from the historic market town of Valbonne, Villazur is set in a residential area within easy reach of the Côte d’Azur’s charming villages, picturesque towns and stunning beaches.
Use the villa’s bikes to cycle to the nearby boulangerie and supermarket (or it’s a 5-minute stroll) and there is also a pizza takeaway within walking distance, as well as other restaurants dotted around within a very short drive.
Also close by is the beautiful market town of Valbonne, around 2km away. Dating back to the early 16th century, Valbonne is unique in its grid-like layout and is full of historic charm with flower-filled lanes, pretty shops and alluring restaurants, especially around Place des Arcades. The Provençal market on a Friday morning is known to be one of the best in the area and look out for brocantes/antique markets on the first Sunday of the month.  
Other gorgeous villages and towns nearby to visit include Grasse (7km), the perfume capital of France, Opio (5km), which still produces olive oil in one of its original mills, and Mougins (8km), known for its gastronomic restaurants and associations with Picasso. There are many excellent walks in this area including a wonderful trail between Valbonne and Biot, following the Brague river through the Valmasque forest.
The beaches of the French Riviera also await whether you seek out the sandy palm-fringed shores of glitzy Cannes or the idyllic bays and coves around Cap d’Antibes. Juan-Les-Pins (18km) is another great spot for a day at the beach, a chic resort which comes especially alive in the evening. Watersport fans will find a variety of activities along this part of the Côte d’Azur and there are plenty of boat trips too, including ferries to the tranquil Lérins Islands.
The most adventurous of guests can head to the amusement and water parks just north of Antibes or discover go-karting, tree-top adventures and paint-balling close to Grasse. There are many amazing cycle routes through the glorious landscapes of this region and also horse-riding opportunities both in the hinterland and along the coast.  
Of course, Cannes (13km), Antibes (18km) and Nice (33km) are superb destinations for a day out whether you wish to visit great museums and/or art galleries, peruse glitzy boutiques, dine in high-end restaurants or simply soak up the enchanting ambience of the French Riviera’s towns and cities.
