Villa Amila is a charming, detached property suitable for six guests! Spread over two levels, this modern villa offers everything you might need for a relaxed holiday in the stunning Maspalomas region. The beautiful views available across the area, with snapshots of the mountains offer a peaceful and romantic backdrop for your stay.
The villa boasts classic, contemporary styles, with huge sliding glass doors and expansive glass windows throughout, all maximising the potential of the views and the amount of sunlight that floods in! Villa Amila features bright and spacious living areas, with open-plan styles that expand out onto the glamorous terrace so you can continuously float between the inside and outside spaces. On the ground floor guests will find a stylish, open living area, with a cosy lounge and a sociable dining space. Benefiting from the doors opening to the terrace, this living area becomes the hub of the home, a place where everyone can come together and spend some quality time as a group. There is also a fully-equipped, modern kitchen perfect for whipping up some family meals to enjoy on the terrace. Also on the ground floor a modern, double bedroom sits with access out to the pool terrace, so guests can wonder outside from the moment they awaken! The further two bedrooms can be found on the first floor, both boasting twin beds.
As you step outside Villa Amila, the views are on full show, with the glistening private swimming pool tempting you to hop in and cool off from the hot Spanish sunshine! There are sun beds perfect for lazy days spent by the swimming pool, topping up your sun tan. This spacious terrace also makes way for a fabulous barbecue, outdoor dining and a comfortable outdoor lounge area. Villa Amila is located in a small resort, in the southern part of the island, 60km south from Las Palmas, 40 km from Telde. This peaceful resort offers everything guests may need, with a supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar and attractions. Nearby guests can find the famous 10km long beach, where water sports and activities are on offer, ideal for adults and children alike! The villa is situated a few kilometers from Playa del Ingles and the sand dunes of Maspalomas, an authentic natural gem, well worth a visit.
Gran Canaria has many highlights. The Cueva Pintada archaeological site is a must for history lovers, while the cloud-filled views at the island’s peak near the town of Tejada are definitely worth the journey. On the southern coast, you have the sand dunes of the extensive beaches at Maspalomas, while charming spots like Puerto de las Nieves and Agaete in the north west, will simply make you feel good with their unspoilt natural beauty.
As one of Europe’s most gay-friendly destinations, Gran Canaria has no shortage of welcoming bars and clubs, while the regular carnivals and fiestas provide good fun for all.
