Located on the lower floor in conjunction with another villa, Sybota is perfect for two families or a large group of friends venturing to Syvota together.
A charming stone garden where you can really admire the nature of the place is where you’ll want to spend the majority of your time. A comfy outdoor lounge is a brilliant space to enjoy the views from as well as simply relaxing under the Mediterranean sunshine. These vistas can also be admired from the balcony where you can unwind with a glass of wine after long days out exploring your surroundings.
From the outside, Villa Sybota is a picturesque stone house and inside you’ll discover a beautiful and contemporary home full of luxury. With plush furnishings, a neutral and grey colour palette and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances this villa oozes sophistication yet is cosy enough to call home.
The bedrooms are bright and airy and contain a double bed in one of them and two twin beds in the other so are ideal for a family with two children.Mikri Ammos is a brilliant beach to simply relax on with glistening blue waters, soft sand and a backdrop of lush green hills. You will love swimming in these crystalline waters and then stepping out to visit one of the local tavernas for a spot of authentic Greek lunch.
Laying back on one of the sun loungers, you can make the most of the lovely sun rays and nap the day away. As the beach is quite small, it gets busy quickly so it’s best to get here early and secure a spot in the sand. Be aware, the waters at this beach are deep so be careful with small children. There is also a wonderful beach bar where cooling refreshments can be enjoyed while looking over the glorious vistas.
Whilst staying near the village of Sivota, a boat trip is an excellent way of seeing all of the vivid nature that flourishes on the island. With both guided trips and boat rentals available, guests can glide over the sparkling waters and discover the beauty that the island has to offer, up close! If you rent a boat you’ll have the opportunity to discover various secluded beaches that will feel like you’re own private haven. The guided tours offer stops for both coffee and ice cream and there are a variety of places around the village offering boat hires.
