The grounds of Villa Niva are shared with another villa located on the large plot of land, this unique property boasts amazing sports and fitness facilities, boasting a shared swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor games and a fitness room.

Villa’s beautiful garden is sure to keep both little and big kids entertained as there is plenty of space and opportunity to enjoy the glorious Italian sun. Enjoy the shade under the gazebo or cook up a storm in the summer kitchen and dine alfresco. This beautiful garden is the perfect place to enjoy a couple of drinks under the stars.

Inside Villa Niva, the accommodation, set on one floor is bright and quirky, full of personality and Italian charm it is the perfect setting for an excellent holiday. The villa proudly displays the use of brick and wood in it’s interior echoing the raw materials of the area; the feature walls are a unique focal point in the rooms. The villa boasts a traditional open plan kitchen diner which is fully equipped with gas hob and coffee machine, providing a cosy, comfortable atmosphere. There are two spacious bedrooms and a brightly coloured shared bathroom that combines modern finishes with rustic styling.

Villa Niva enjoys a stunning location in an area that provides a relaxing ambience but is also just a short distance away from many of the surrounding towns and cities that are perfect for excursions and day trips.

Villa Niva is a gorgeous Villa in the hills of the Marche region, set amongst nature and beautiful scenery nestled in the Marche hills it is in a prime location for those who want to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil location with the possibility to explore the wider area.
Visit the lovely province of Macerata and explore the charming streets, wonderful culture and cuisine of the region. Visit the Roman settlement of Helvia Recina which dates back to 2nd century.
For a day trip visit the glorious sandy beaches at Potenza Picena wander the pretty alleyways and sample the local delicacies at one of the many eateries in the area. It would be a shame not to sample the authentic Italian cuisine on offer.
If culture is what you are looking for there are plenty of sights to see in the surrounding areas from historical religious buildings to galleries and theatres; this region is steeped in charm and history. Visit the 16th-century square tower on the beachfront or the Church of St Anne.
