From the moment you arrive, you’re sure to be wowed by the gorgeous traditional architecture, promising a fantastic holiday with your nearest and dearest. If arriving by car, there’s ample parking on your private driveway which can only be accessed by residents.
This impressive two-storey property is equipped throughout with modern appliances and furnishings, creating a charming blend of modern and traditional villa decor. Inside the villa, a large lounge can easily accommodate you and your guests with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A cosy modern fireplace sits in the corner of the room, creating warmth and ambience, while on the opposing side, a large TV and a table football set-up provide entertainment.
Across the home, a large modern kitchen is yours to use for your meals and hosting with all the mod cons you need to create wonderful dishes for yourself and your guests. Located within the kitchen, making it the heart of the home, is a dining table where you can enjoy meals as a group. Additional dining facilities are located outside on the villa’s garden terrace, with a second outdoor dining table located beside a top-of-the-range grill, perfect for barbecuing in the sun.
Four bedrooms are located across the villa’s two floors, with one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds inside, which can be pushed together to make a double if needed. While not having an en-suite bathroom, a separate shared bathroom is located nearby.
On the upper level, a master bedroom features a double bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, each with two twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double if required. A second communal bathroom is also located on the upper level.
In the garden, bright, lush greenery surrounds the property, with leafy trees and plants lovingly located across the grounds. In the centre of the garden, a large swimming pool is the centre of attention, with eight sun loungers surrounding it for your recreation.Casa Valbom sits on the corner of a quiet block of private homes in a sleepy residential neighbourhood. Just a short walk away from the many amenities of Aroeira; you can get around the town with ease with or without a vehicle.
Just a short walk away from the villa are a number of amenities like a supermarket for groceries and essentials as well as a great selection of local restaurants. You’re also just a five-minute drive or a twenty-minute walk away from Aroeira Golf Resort, one of the region’s many famous golf resorts.
While getting around Aroeira on foot is easy, we do recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay if you wish to explore further afield. Getting to Casa Valbom, to begin with, is easy and convenient, located just a 30-minute drive south of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal.
For a day at the beach, a beautiful miles-long strip of golden sandy beaches are located just a 5-minute drive away from Casa Valbom. With everything from small quiet patches of the beach through to popular tourist spots, you can find a beach that suits you with ease just a stone’s throw away from the villa.
