With its peaceful setting within the Aroeira Golf Resort and sitting in a spacious plot, Villa Noemia is a luxurious holiday home that’s full of style and close to plenty of sandy beaches.
A fresh, neutral décor features throughout the villa and is complemented by natural wood furnishings and flooring. Several rooms have tiled floors, making Villa Noemia a clean base to retreat to after a long day out on the beach at Praia Fonte da Telha or exploring the Lisbon coast and areas further inland.
The accommodation to the ground floor features an open plan living/dining space with doors to the outside space. In the living area are a large, comfortable sofa and modern feature fireplace that provides an attractive focal point.
The traditional wood dining table and chairs is an elegant area for enjoying evening meals. A fully fitted kitchen has a small seating area for more relaxed dining or a quick cup of coffee, and it sits in front of doors that open out onto the garden.
On this floor, there is also a bedroom suite with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom that features a hydro massage bathtub and shower. Providing further sleeping options on this floor are two bedrooms each with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
To the first floor are another bedroom suite with one double bed, two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower and double sinks. This is the ideal bedroom for a family with young children to share.
The villa is set within extensive grounds and includes an oversized, private swimming pool with a selection of sun loungers, beautiful lawned gardens and an outdoor dining area. There’s also a covered terrace that provides the perfect shaded space for watching the breeze play through the many leafy and mature plants and trees in the garden.Being within the Aroeira Golf Resort means having access to additional facilities outside of your villa. These include two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts, a communal tropical and a swimming pool. There’s also a spa and healthcare centre to keep you looking and feeling good during your stay.
Around a 20-minute walk from the villa are a range of supermarkets, bars and restaurants for when you need to pick up some essentials or enjoy an evening out sampling some delicious local seafood.
While you’ll probably use a car for getting around the immediate area, and beyond, there’s also a convenient bus service within walking distance.
Praia Fonte da Telha is just 4 km away and can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. It’s a mostly quiet beach, and you’re more likely to bump into locals than other tourists as you stroll down its sandy stretches.
You also have the chance of spotting a community of dolphins that are known for making regular appearances here. As the sun goes down, watch local fishers bringing their boats in as you enjoy some traditional dishes at one of the many restaurants along the beach.
Situated between the city of Setubal and the town of Sesimbra, Arrábida Natural Park is approximately 30 km from the villa and will take around 35 minutes to drive to.
Its green, hilly expanse is bordered by chalk cliffs and beaches that lead out to azure blue waters that are perfect for an idyllic swim.
