This beautiful villa sits very close to the town of Sintra and a small drive away from the capital city, Lisbon. This location allows for privacy and relaxation whilst still being able to enjoy Portuguese culture. The property itself has wonderful views of the sea and allows guests to admire the sunset from the private heated pool.
The ground floor of this magnificent villa is home to a fully equipped kitchen opening out to the garden. Also on this floor is two living rooms and a dining room with beautiful views of the garden. Upstairs is 4 en-suite, fully air conditioned bedrooms (two queen beds and two double beds). The villa is surrounded by a hectare of land that is part of your experience. This land is split into two parts, a landscaped garden outside the villa and another section with fruit trees and grapevines which are stunning to look at.
This villa is ideal for children as there is so much to do! Aside from the private heated pool there is an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities for the children to enjoy, and a short drive away from the beach allowing for the adults to relax with a peaceful holiday in the sun. In addition to all the outdoor activities there is also a small cottage at the bottom of the garden which is home to a pool table and TV to make doubly sure that the kids are always entertained!The villa is 2 minutes away from the nearest village where you can find all the amenities one may desire. Also in the surrounding area are magnificent sandy beaches and salt water pools of praia das Macas and Azenhas do Mar. Also for the more adventurous guests Lisbon is a 30 minute drive away with everything to make each day or night special.
