Nestled in the foothills of sublime Sintra, Villa Cabirz is a beautiful traditional Portuguese villa with lots of character.
Arriving at Villa Cabirz, you’ll immediately notice how quiet and secluded you’ll be – just the thing for some well-deserved rest and relaxation in good company. Accessed by a private security gate, Villa Cabirz sits on a large plot with a secure driveway providing ample parking for your group.
The villa itself is extremely spacious, with living spaces spread over three floors in the main house and a separate annexe within the grounds. Inside Villa Cabirz, traditional decor meets contemporary style with cool tile and wood floors, bright white walls and rich wooden accents.
On the lower level, your spacious lounge is perfect for relaxing with comfortable seating, a cosy fireplace and a table for playing games and reading with your fellow guests. A separate kitchen and diner are located down a hallway where you can prepare meals and enjoy casual bites. For group dining, a large dining room is also located in the villa with a wonderful wine selection and patio doors that open up onto the garden.
On this level, you’ll also find one suite which contains bunk beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground level is one bedroom with a double bedroom and a private en-suite as well as two bedrooms with twin beds which share bathroom facilities. A final bedroom is located outside with two twin beds and its own bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated in bright contemporary stylings with your comfort in mind.
A separate annexe is also located within the grounds, which offers plenty of private space, complete with its own lounge with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom.
Outside, additional dining facilities are available with a modern outdoor dining table and a barbecue. Your private swimming pool is located in the centre of the garden with plenty of sun loungers surrounding it for your use.Villa Cabirz sits on the outskirts of a small residential area in the Sintra foothills flanked by lush countryside. Perfect for a peaceful retreat in the sun, Villa Cabirz’s remote location all but guarantees quiet contentment during your stay.
Villa Cabirz is very well connected by its surrounding road links making it easy to add on as part of a wider trip around Portugal or as a trip solely to the villa. If you’re going straight to the villa after arriving in Portugal, your nearest airport is in Lisbon, which is around 30 minutes away by car.
As Villa Cabirz enjoys a peaceful remote location, we recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay to make getting around easier. For amenities like grocery stores and medicine, you’ll likely need to make your way to Sintra itself, which is around five minutes away by car. In Sintra, you’ll also find several local stores, bars and restaurants which you can explore at your leisure.
You’re also just 15 minutes away from Algueirão–Mem Martins, a built-up area with many social spots to visit.
If you’re interested in visiting the beach during your stay, golden Praia das Macas is just a 15-minute drive away.
