Moradia Serezarp is a beautiful home nestled in between the glorious green hills of Madeira above the Paul do Mar beach. Surrounded by cliffs and with views of the ocean, the villa provides a particularly mesmerising way to enjoy the serene island of Madeira.
The design of the home will make you feel as if you’re on a ship that is calmly sailing the seas. Outside, a veranda with bar style tables sits in front of the triangular swimming pool. The sheltered veranda is an excellent space to enjoy the weather from with a coffee or cocktail in hand. On the villa’s solarium, you will be able to indulge in the sunshine at all times of the day as it lies in a prime sun-catching spot. Sun loungers are placed beside the pool to offer the ultimate relaxing experience.  The villa’s open-plan living area is a modern yet cosy space full of bold colour and contemporary furniture. The kitchen contains a small dining table and chairs where you can sit down and enjoy a sociable meal with family & friends. Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from having a private balcony that overlooks the sea. This is the perfect place for some early morning stretches and quiet contemplation.
At Moradia Serezarp you will be surrounded by the island’s sublime countryside with many walks and hikes available to go on. With its magnificent mountains, tree-covered cliffs and walkways, this is where you come to truly appreciate mother nature in all of her glory.Fajã da Ovelha is a charming nearby village established in around 1573. The village is home to a small population who live roughly 350m above sea level and its name literally translates to ‘Valley of the Sheep.’ Visitors will be able to step back in time and connect with the stunning nature that decorates this village which received its name from a tale about a shepherd who lost his sheep. Simply walking amongst the natural scenery is an easy way to re-energise and feel completely revitalised. There is plenty to be enchanted by in this village including the graceful church of St. John the Baptist and the traditional ‘Bolo do Caco’ bread which you can see being prepared on the roadside.
The area contains shops and a café where visitors can purchase snacks to enjoy while taking in the views.
