Casa Tulum holds a wonderful location nestled amongst lush vegetation and palm trees, just steps away from the beach. While guests will enjoy total tranquility, the centre of the trendy town of Tulum with its wide variety of wonderful attractions and amenities is just a short journey away.
The villa has been designed with high attention to detail and boasts an eclectic and unique style throughout, with contemporary interiors featuring warm woods and natural textures which help to give the space a relaxed vibe. The living space is open-plan and bright, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a cosy lounge with doors leading out to the terrace. Casa Tulum can comfortably sleep up to six guests across its three bedrooms, each of which boasts en-suite facilities. An additional two guests can be accommodated on request for a small additional nightly fee.
Outside, the terrace makes the perfect place to retreat to and enjoy a relaxing evening after an action packed day spent exploring Tulum. The private plunge pool is the perfect spot to take a dip and cool off under the Mexico sunshine. A sandy path leads guests through to the beach and the Caribbean sea.Casa Tulum is located in the beach zone on the Riviera Maya, an area known for its white sandy beaches, crystal clear seas, and tropical jungle areas. The Villa is situated 20 minutes outside of Tulum, famous for its Mayan ruins and laid back boho atmosphere; visitors here can enjoy the cultural sights and quaint shops offering Mexican souvenirs and trinkets, try a yoga class, or hire bicycles and explore the tranquil surroundings. The beaches on the Riviera are a real slice of paradise, with tall coco palms and warm powdery sands – guests might be lucky enough to spot sea turtles, or even iguanas on the beaches, and for those who really want to get up close and personal with the local wildlife, scuba diving and snorkelling is popular here, as are tours that allow you the opportunity to swim with dolphins and other sea creatures.
The cenotes on the Riviera are another must-see while you are in this location. These natural sinkholes that the Mayan people believed were crossroads to the underworld result from the collapse of the limestone bedrock that exposes the groundwater underneath and were once one of the only sources of water in the area. Now many of them are open to the public, where you are able to float in the cool water, or even snorkel or scuba dive.
