This enchanting villa is located in one of the safest and sought-after communities along the Costa del Sol. Hacienda las Chapas has an excellent reputation for security and is located close to a variety of amenities and the excellent beaches of Carib Playa, Cabopino and Marbesa.
Villa Nikki is an exquisitely designed villa with a friendly and warm feel. It is comfortable yet luxurious. The gardens are very impressive and have numerous metres to wonder around and for the children to play. Every morning you can collect your own newly laid eggs for breakfast from the chicken hutch!
The villa boasts a beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers and a lovely BBQ area which you can enjoy at any time of the day. The villa is bright, airy and has a Colonial ambiance with hints of Asia. Huge cathedral style ceilings, with beautiful wooden beam designs, create light and a majestic ambiance.
On the lower level, you will find a Sauna, wine cellar, recreational/gym area with a shower, office and two luxurious guest suites which open to a patio style terrace.
At the Ground level, we access through a Magnificent entrance hall with guest toilet. The large and elegant living room with high ceilings, dining and lounge area, guides us to the front terrace with sea views. You will also find a laundry room, kitchens and three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and all open towards the front terrace with views.
Leading towards the first floor a stunning chandelier illuminates the staircase which takes us to the master suite. This room is incredibly charming with a fireplace, Juliet balconies, and a huge en-suite dressing room with a large bathroom. There are wonderful views from this spot of the house from the Mediterranean Sea and the Mountains of Marbella.
Villa Nikki is fully airconditioned which is a very welcome facility, especially during the hotter summer months.
There is a live-in couple who can clean, cook and take care of the pool and gardens. They live on site in a separate apartment in the basement of the house with a separate entrance on the side of the house. This couple will not use garden more than to access their apartment or exit the house. They will not use swimming pool.The Costa del Sol is an extremely popular holiday choice for the discerning traveller looking for peace and quiet, magnificent sea views and within a short drive from the many fabulous beaches along the Costa del Sol coastline.
This family friendly villa is only a 30-min drive from Malaga airport. Villa Nikki is located in Las Chapas, a very high standard, safe and popular neighbourhood close to the famous beach club Nikki beach (3km). Hacienda las Chapas has an excellent reputation for security and is conveniently located close to amenities and the excellent beaches of Carib Playa, Cabopino and Marbesa. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are within easy walking distance (800M) and the beach is only a 2km walk away!
The villa boosts an amazing large outdoor area with plenty of space to play for the children and a beautiful sea view from the terrace.
A nice walk or short drive (2,8 km) away you will find the lovely small harbour of Cabo Pino, with a beautiful beach and plenty restaurants and bars a lovely quiet place to spend the day or evening.
8,8 km away you will find the town of Mijas and in a 16min drive from the villa you will find the popular tourist destination Fuengirola.
Puerto Banus, the jetset hotspot with its impressive yacht harbour and variety of luxury brand boutiques, markets and world-famous restaurants, clubs and bars is only 20 min drive away.
The more traditional and beautiful old town of Marbella is a 15-min drive, here you can find many restaurants for the typical Spanish cuisine.
Although there are plenty of amenities close by in Las Chapas we do recommend car hire to explore the whole area.
There are many famous beach clubs in the area worth visiting, such as: Pool club NAO (20 min drive) Nikki Beach (3 min drive), Puro beach (30 min drive) and Ocean club (20 min drive).
Highly recommended is taking a day trip to Ronda, Malaga, Tarifa or Gibraltar. All within one hour drive and definitely worth visiting! Cool fact: Tarifa is the most southern point of Spain, you can see Morocco very clearly and you can even take a 30min Ferry to visit Tanger in Marocco!At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
