Villa Evinos is perfectly placed for delivering incredible views of the Aegean Sea. This beautiful villa is nestled in the Greek town of Houlakia and is the perfect retreat for a summer escape. With just a short 10 minute drive to a charming pebble beach with crystal clear waters and a further 10 minutes to the thriving town of Mykonos, Villa Evinos is ideally situated for your summer holiday.
Inside, the villa boasts a luxurious and modern interior with expansive views of the sea at every opportunity. With a clean finish incorporated with traditional wooden beams and stone the villa incapsulates Greek tradition with a stylish finish. Villa Evinos can sleep up to 18 across 9 king-size en- suite bedrooms over 3 floors. On the first floor 5 double bedrooms provide the majority of the sleeping space, with each bedroom being spacious and air conditioned for added comfort. The first floor consists of the living space with a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area, perfect for gatherings of all sizes. Two luxurious master bedrooms with a private veranda complete the first floor, along with access the heated pool and sun loungers. The second floor completes the villa with a further two master bedrooms with en-suites and a private veranda from which the beautiful views of the sea can be enjoyed over again and again.
The outdoor area is where Villa Evinos stands apart, the heated infinity pool and adjoined bar is a decadent treat from which to relax and take in the breath taking views. With several private lounge areas and decks along with hammocks there is no shortage of private spaces to enjoy the islands relaxed way of life. A BBQ and large dining area provide the perfect space and atmosphere for al fresco dining as the sun sets in the cool Mykonos evenings.
Villa Evinos is located in peaceful Houlakia Bay area on the picturesque Greek island of Mykonos. The villa itself is just 4.8km from a picturesque pebble beach!
The main advantage is that you spend quiet moments when you need to in the comfort of your private and secluded villa, yet you still have easy access to Mykonos Town (about 8km away). There you’ll find plenty of things to see and do including cultural sites, shops and restaurants.
Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in Greece, due to its welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere, pristine sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed buildings. You can explore Little Venice – quaint buildings right on the water’s edge – vibrant Matoyianni Street with boutique and Instagram-worthy shops – and take some photos of the iconic windmills in Mykonos Town. For a cultural visit, there’s the Aegean Maritime Museum and the historic church of Paraportiani.
In Mykonos Town, you can stroll along the narrow streets and browse the beautiful buildings and shops. When you’re peckish or thirsty, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and fantastic sunset bars for drinks. Look out for traditional Greek Moussaka. For days spent soaking up the sun or relaxing on the beach instead, the villa is 4.8km from the nearest beach. There are plenty more sandy spots including Platys Gialos Beach, 5km southeast of Mykonos Town.
Mykonos is the jumping-off point for island exploring and the nearby island of Delos is a favourite choice due to its beautiful coastline, clear swimming waters and historical and archaeological site.
