The villa is located in Houlakia, in the north-western area of Mykonos, with a stunning beach just 950 meters from the front door! Designed to be kid and eco-friendly, every aspect of this beautiful property has been styled to your comfort, with spacious living areas and cosy bedrooms.
The interiors are elegant and stylish, with a homely atmosphere that you can truly settle into. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, perfect for any budding chefs to whip up some family classics, maybe even trying out some traditional Greek dishes! There is a sociable dining and living room, where the whole group can come together and spend quality time, away from the hustle and bustle of day to day lives.
The three cosy bedrooms are spread over both floors, with beautiful sea views from each of them! The rooms are designed to offer you complete privacy and a restful atmosphere, with Egyptian cotton linen and uber-comfortable mattresses, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The two bedrooms on the first floor share a modern bathroom, while the ground floor room has access to its own bathrooms as well.
Out on the terrace, a private swimming pool sits surrounded by a spacious deck and beautiful views. With sunbeds and deck chairs, you can sit back and relax, soaking in the calming atmosphere. With a large outdoor dining area, al-fresco meals are always popular at Villa Phi, dining long into the evening, with a bottle or two of local wine! The villa offers something for everyone, whether you are looking to spend long days by the beach, swimming in the pool or exploring the islands beautiful sites!Villa Phi 1 is a luxury property, located in Houlakia, in the northwestern part of Mykonos; the beach is only 950m away!
The main advantage is that you spend quiet moments when you need to in the comfort of your private and secluded villa, yet you still have easy access to Mykonos Town (about 5.8km away). There you’ll find plenty of things to see and do including cultural sites, shops and restaurants.
Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in Greece, due to its welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere, pristine sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed buildings. You can explore Little Venice – quaint buildings right on the water’s edge – vibrant Matoyianni Street with boutique and Instagram-worthy shops – and take some photos of the iconic windmills in Mykonos Town. For a cultural visit, there’s the Aegean Maritime Museum and the historic church of Paraportiani.
In Mykonos Town, you can stroll along the narrow streets and browse the beautiful buildings and shops. When you’re peckish or thirsty, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and fantastic sunset bars for drinks. Look out for traditional Greek Moussaka. There are plenty more sandy spots including Platys Gialos Beach, 5km southeast of Mykonos Town.
