As you approach Villa Zeta, the view says it all! Overlooking the Aegean, this luxurious property is the perfect summer escape. The villa offers a private oasis in the charming town of Houlakia, just 5km from the romantic town of Mykonos. With an absolute sense of privacy, Villa Zeta is the perfect place to rest and restore, a romantic Grecian escape.
Inside, the furnishings and features are simple and sophisticated, creating an elegant atmosphere that feels truly luxurious. The living spaces flow from the inside to the outside, allowing guests to move in and out with ease throughout the day and evening.
The villa can host either twelve guests in the main building, or eighteen guests in the main and the guest house. There are nine bedrooms in total, all boasting ultra-comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, hairdryers, bath amenities and vanity kit, plush towels and slippers for your comfort.
In the main house, there are five double bedrooms and a single room spread across all the floors. The master suite on the top floor boasts a luxurious double bed, en-suite bathroom and a magical private patio. There is a beautiful modern kitchen and a bright and spacious living room where the whole group can spend quality time.
The guest house has two double rooms on the ground floor with sea views and access out to the pool. There is another double room on the top floor, with a private patio and mesmerising sea views. The main floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen and elegant living area.
At Villa Zeta, the spacious indoor and outdoor areas can host parties and cocktail nights of up to 200 guests, and if you are planning a romantic wedding venue this elegant property can seat up to 120 guests.
The outdoor areas make you want to never leave! There is ample space for guests to spread out, relaxing in the intimacy of this unique property, soaking in the sunshine and basking in the unobstructed sea views. Guests can sit back and relax with a drink from your private infinity pool or by the outdoor bar. With a built-in barbecue, you can nominate a chef or two to create some delicious sunset meals for you and your guests.

Villa Zeta is located in peaceful Houlakia Bay area on the picturesque Greek island of Mykonos. The villa itself is just 1.5km from a picturesque pebble beach!
The main advantage is that you spend quiet moments when you need to in the comfort of your private and secluded villa, yet you still have easy access to Mykonos Town (about 5km away). There you’ll find plenty of things to see and do including cultural sites, shops and restaurants.
Mykonos is one of the most popular islands in Greece, due to its welcoming and cosmopolitan atmosphere, pristine sandy beaches and traditional whitewashed buildings. You can explore Little Venice – quaint buildings right on the water’s edge – vibrant Matoyianni Street with boutique and Instagram-worthy shops – and take some photos of the iconic windmills in Mykonos Town. For a cultural visit, there’s the Aegean Maritime Museum and the historic church of Paraportiani.
In Mykonos Town, you can stroll along the narrow streets and browse the beautiful buildings and shops. When you’re peckish or thirsty, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and fantastic sunset bars for drinks. Look out for traditional Greek Moussaka. There are plenty more sandy spots including Platys Gialos Beach, 5km southeast of Mykonos Town.
Mykonos is the jumping-off point for island exploring and the nearby island of Delos is a favourite choice due to its beautiful coastline, clear swimming waters and historical and archaeological site.
