Offering a delightful retreat from the city or simply a change of scenery, these enchanting interiors welcome you warmly, inviting you to gather in the luxurious living area in front of the log burner and simply put your feet up! Indeed, simplicity is key in this gorgeous home, with a Scandinavian style minimalism blending beautifully with exposed stone wall interiors and an elegant monochrome design. Alongside the lounge is a stylish dining area, and beside this is your expansive kitchen. With an airy, open-plan design, everyone can have the space they desire yet maintain a conversation across the entire area – so you can rustle up a cocktail in the kitchen whilst playing a game or watching a film in the living area and never miss a moment of the action! The kitchen is every bit as tasteful as the rest of the home, with subtle modernity and top-quality kit.
The master bedroom echoes the sense of space and serenity felt across the home, with a vast king-size bed at its heart, alongside an armchair and wooden furniture, nestled under a vaulted ceiling. An ensuite with a double vanity unit and a large bath and shower accompanies the room – promising privacy, comfort and the chance to relax endlessly in this stylish space. The second bedroom is equally bright and welcoming, with two large single beds and simple storage complete with tons of natural light and a lovely feature wall. And finally there is a single room, with a plush bed, a desk and another lovely feature wall. There’s the option to roll out a second bed here, perfect for bigger groups! The family bathroom completes the interiors, with a large bath complete with a shower over it.
Out in the expansive garden the kids will delight in the array of toys and equipment – whether it’s the huge football pitch or the little swings and slide for the youngsters! And to top it off, there’s even a games barn with ping pong, table football and even a huge version of checkers for all ages to enjoy. Around the house itself there’s a huge courtyard providing tons of space for parking, too. And if you fancy going a little further afield, no matter where you venture to, you’ll always be met with either a woodland adventure park, a winding forest trail or for a day indoors, perhaps even an award-winning museum! And for hiking, look no further. Stretching from Holme-next-the-Sea all the way to Cromer, the 45-mile long Norfolk Coastal Path through this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers some of the best birdwatching in the UK, a glimpse of the seals on Blakeney Point just five minutes away, and the earliest evidence of humans found outside The Great Rift Valley in Africa on the Deep History Coast! The path weaves itself through tidal creeks and salt marshes, shingle, luscious fields and enormous sandy beaches – and as Norfolk is a haven for wildlife and birds, you’ll have plenty to admire throughout!
And dotted along the horizon at all times are yachts and power-boats while nearer to shore you’ll find surfers, kayakers, kite-surfers and so much more! While lining the beaches are hundreds of candy-coloured beach huts, dazzling promenades with candyfloss and fish and chips and of course, the romantic dunes with endless hidden spots for barbecues and family-fun.
