Villa Jada is a modern masterpiece combining magnificent views, striking contemporary design and an outstanding location in Cabo San Lucas’ upmarket Pedregal neighbourhood. New constructed, Villa Jada is the perfect luxury getaway for up to twenty-two guests though with eight stunning bedroom suites you may wish to stick to sixteen guests for supreme comfort and privacy.
From its hillside position, the sensational views from most rooms and from the gorgeous terrace are towards Cabo San Lucas Bay, the rocky arches of Land’s End and the Pacific facing beaches. It is absolutely beautiful by day and night.
Open-plan in design, there is ample room to relax in sophisticated, contemporary style. Swanky furnishings, a fabulous modern gourmet kitchen and two indoor dining areas will delight and all of this opens up fully to the dazzling terrace. You can enjoy alfresco dining, sip cocktails at sunset next to the firepit or just admire the amazing vistas. The infinity-edge swimming pool is wonderful and comes with a lovely jacuzzi for six and deluxe loungers resting in the shallows of the pool. Guests have use of an outdoor fridge and gas barbecue. The propane firepit adds a wonderful evening ambience.
Villa Jada is built over five levels, ensuring that most rooms benefit from outstanding views. All of the bedroom suites come with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The first master bedroom suite boasts two queen-size beds, a full sofa bed, an ocean view and has a Jacuzzi tub in the en-suite bathroom. There is also a safe. The second glorious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, queen sofa bed, ocean view and en-suite. The Floral, Dome and Eagles Nest Suites boast huge California king beds, ocean views and en-suite bathrooms. The Cave Suite also has a California king bed and en-suite. It has a full sofa bed and a mountain view. The fabulous Silver Suite boasts a king-size bed, full sofa bed, ocean view and en-suite. The Casita Suite has its own private entrance, a California king bed, ocean view and en-suite. The first master bedroom is on the main level and all other bedrooms suites have stair access.  
Villa Jada will not disappoint. It boasts beautiful travertine and red clay tiled floors throughout, a wonderful selection of modern and traditional art works, stone counter tops, a Sonos stereo system, smart TV’s with Sky channels and a den if you want to escape. There is parking for up to 5 cars and you are just a short drive into downtown Cabo, just minutes from sunset cruises at the marina, days on the glistening white sands of Medano Beach, and so close to the outstanding gourmet dining scene and nightlife. Cabo offers a huge range of watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving. It is also now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting.
A thirty minute drive takes you 20 miles away to the laid-back colonial gem, San Jose del Cabo. You will find cosy taco restaurants and a lovely pastel painted square which comes alive on Thursday evenings during the Art Walk with artists showing their works, wine tastings and music and dance performances. There are many art galleries and jewellery shops to browse and a wonderful dining scene.
Just a little further is East Cape Beach, one of the most unique and dramatic beaches in the region. It is bordered by desert trails, criss-crossed by quad biking routes. Outside of the city limits, you are surrounded by nature, caracara birds, majestic cordon cacti and mystical streams.
Cabo offers an excellent, vibrant nightlife with exotic, colourful bars and delectable seafood restaurants. The region’s cuisine has established an impressive international reputation. You can dine with a view of the famous Arch at Land’s End at Sunset Monalisa which is carved into the hillside or dine in luxury at the Resort overlooking Solmar Beach.
