Villa Rinas holds a magnificent and completely unique location, set just past Mismaloya beach on Puerto Vallarta’s south shore. While guests fortunate enough to stay here will enjoy a totally tranquil escape, the bright lights of Puerto Vallarta are just a thirty-minute car journey away.
The 16,000, sq. ft estate is the vision of renowned architect Alberto Alvarez, with tiers of lush tropical vegetation overlooking the beach where the famous film “The Night of The Iguana” starring Richard Burton. The interiors are luxurious yet characterful with plenty of charm and vibrant colour, with plenty of space for the whole group to socialise both inside and out. The decor showcases the best of Mexico’s creative heritage with hand crafted textiles, hand blown glass all planned to frame breathtaking ocean views from every room. The sprawling estate can comfortably accommodate up to twenty-two guests across its eleven beautiful bedrooms which are set across the main villa and additional casita.
The outside space is as spectacular as the interiors, the whole group are bound to enjoy splashing around in the private pools while admiring the breathtaking Pacific views while the private pier makes snorkelling and kayaking a breeze! There is plenty of opportunity for dining al fresco or simply enjoying a refreshing beverage from one of the many terraces.Villa Rinas is situated in Mismaloya is a sleepy village, located 35-minutes south of popular Puerto Vallarta. Mismaloya boasts a sandy beach and a handful of shops and restaurants.
There is plenty to see, do and explore in Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding area, the magical Marieta Islands which are home to Playa del Amor, known as Hidden Beach, is an absolute must-visit. Just 20-minutes from Villa Rinas are the Vallarta Botanical Gardens, a real tropical paradise which the whole family will enjoy a visit to. For those travelling with children, Aquaventuras Waterpark is less than 50-minutes away and makes a fun day out with its incredible waterslides and even offers visitors the chance to swim with dolphins!STAFF & CATERING @ VILLA RINAS
– Villa Staff include an English speaking Manager/Concierge, Chef, Sous Chef, Bartender, Waiter, 2-3 housekeepers & Night watchman. – For your arrival, the staff will serve a welcome snack & drinks, guacamole, salsa & chips and a round of margaritas (subject to availability). – Meal preparation for 3 meals per day is included in the rental price. Breakfast is served on or after 9 a.m. Lunch around 1 p.m. Dinner is served by 7 p.m. Later dinner service is available for additional fee to cover staff transportation.- Please note that the meal service does not include the cost of the ingredients, food and beverages. Therefore, a pre-paid food & beverages deposit is required to avoid the need to carry cash and is to be paid on arrival. Please budget approx. $30 to $40 (USD) per day, per adult guest. There will also be a small shopping fee due.- Daily housekeeping is included in the rental price.- The staff can do personal laundry for an extra fee of $5.00 USD per washer load.
